Manufacturing Facility
Our unit is located in Delhi and the leather unit in Hosiery Complex, Noida. Equipped with sound infrastructure, our unit spreads over an area of 5000 sq ft and a display of over 500 sq ft. At our unit, we are equipped with sophisticated technology and advanced machinery. We have installed some modern machines and equipment, like:
Juki machines (Single needle)
Over lock machines
Binding machines
High post bed compound feed lock stitch machine
Double needle machines
Sewing machines
Cutter machines
Our unit has segregated divisions like production, supply chain, quality control, design, packing and others. Each of our process is executed in close co-ordination with each other and under the strict vigilance of our personnel. Our organized facilities help us in in smooth production and complex free distribution process. |
Packaging and Warehousing
| We have a spacious packaging unit to pack the products with proper labeling. All products are poly packed and each product has information in detail.We have a spacious warehouse wherein we store our fabrics and the final products. All the products are kept in proper alignment so as to keep easy identification. Easy packing enables us in timely delivery and dispatch of our products to the final destinations. Our coordinated supply chain management team assists us in fast delivery of our consignments. We aim to deliver at the doorstep of our esteemed clients within the stipulated time period. |
